Terms and Conditions.

Payment is either via the secure Create payment gateway using any major credit or debit card (Visa Credit or Debit, Mastercard, Visa Electron or American Express) or by Paypal.

Returns. In compliance with the distance selling regulations, you may return an item(s) to us in unused condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (the customer will bare the cost of the return postage).

Before returning an item please email us with details of your order reference number, the item to be returned and reason for returning it.

Outside of the 14 days period, items can only be refunded or replaced if faulty.

Refunds. Damaged / faulty items must be returned before a replacement is sent or refund is issued, the cost of returning damaged / faulty items will be reimbursed. In the case of lost items the post office claim procedure will be taken up before a replacement item is sent.

If returning items please obtain a proof of posting.

Refunds will be issued within 7 working days of receipt of returned goods.

If we cannot fulfil your order a full refund will be given.

We have tried to describe items as accurately as possible - if you feel a description is misleading or if you have any questions about our terms and conditions then please get in touch.

This contract shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the UK.

Privacy Policy.

When you order from our shop we collect the following data:

This is solely for the purpose of processing your order. Your info is never sold or passed to a third party.

We reserve the right to update or amend these conditions at any time.

Booking Terms for Workshops.

During the booking process for a workshop we collect the following data:

Your name, address, telephone number and email

This is solely for the purpose of processing your order.

All workshops must be paid for in full at time of booking

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel a booking:

  • within 4 weeks of the workshop start date no refund or transfer will be given unless we can fill your place from a waiting list.
  • prior to 4 weeks of the workshop start date, a refund  will be given less a £10 administration fee per person per workshop, or a transfer will be offered

If we cancel a workshop a full refund of monies paid or option to transfer to another course will be offered.

Pease note that if you book accommodation in relation to a workshop/course etc, please ensure that you are able to cancel should the need arise. Quilt Dragon Kits cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred with the booking of your accommodation in the event of a workshop cancellation

Re: Covid-19

If a workshop is cancelled as a result of COVID-19 restrictions, your fee will be refunded.
